The 10 hours of coverage typically include pre-ceremony preparations, the ceremony, and key moments from the reception. We will capture essential parts of your day to ensure a comprehensive highlight video.
Yes, during the onboarding process, we will discuss your preferences for the highlight video, including any additional moments you want to be featured outside of the package descriptions, including, RAW footage, full ceremony edit, etc.
We use professional audio equipment to capture clear audio from speeches and the ceremony. Depending on the situation, we will either mic the individual person or plug into the DJ's soundboard to pull audio straight from the microphone. This audio will be integrated into the highlight video to enhance the storytelling and emotional impact.
A non-refundable retainer, equal to half the package price, is required to secure McMerrill Media and your wedding date. The retainer is due upon signing the contract. The remaining balance can be paid either on your wedding day or anytime after the retainer is submitted. Payments can be made conveniently online through your client portal, or via cash or check.
The highlight video will typically be delivered within 4-6 weeks after the wedding. We strive to provide a high-quality product and take the necessary time to ensure your video meets our professional standards.
The highlight video will be delivered in high-definition digital format, typically via an online download link that will direct you to your own digital folder. We also will post a private YouTube link to ensure you can easily share your video with friends and family. We can discuss options during the pre-wedding consultation if you prefer a physical copy.
The non-refundable retainer secures your wedding date and is not refundable in the event that the wedding is canceled. However, we understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on our availability.
